Equipment Rental Division
Equipment Rental Division (ERD) keeps on its books a large portfolio of specialised equipment from generators, welding machines and earth moving equipment of all sizes to mobile cranes ranging from 25 to 400 tons. The intelligently customized solutions are backed by meticulous maintenance packages ensuring our clients project execution is never put at risk.
Heavy Lift Division
Heavy Lift and Transportation Division (HLTD) is a one stop shop solution for all heavy and / or critical lift and shift requirements. HLTD offers customers a single window to their needs from initial planning through to execution. HLTD is equipped with crawler cranes ranging from 100 tons through to cranes with lifting capacities of 1,500 tons combined with alternative lifting systems capable of lifting 2,000 tons. To support the lifting capability HLTD has heavy haulage equipment including hydraulic platform trailers, Self Propelled Modular Trailers (SPMT) and conven-tional Trailers and Prime Movers.

The Professionals at SET receive direct training from the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) covering all aspects of operations and maintenence. SET’s OEM partners include Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Mannesman Demag, Poclain, Lorain, Caterpillar, Ingersoll Rand and Mercedes Benz. Re-fresher training is undertaken at regular intervals to ensure all our staff are equipped with the latest thinking and methods to enhance their practical experience.
On-site Maintenance Stations
Where appropriate and necessary SET can support its clients on the ground within the major project sites with its experience maintenance staff stationed permanently alongside the equipment and client to maximise working time and utilisation of our equipment reducing delays and disruption for our clients.
ERP Integration
SET operates a fully integrated ERP system linking regional offices and workshops directly with the main office and operational centre thereby ensuring communication between the sites and operational management is seamless and instant. SET continues to invest in IT solutions to continously improve the efficientcy and effectiveness of our teams.
