A: We are in rental business of mechanical equipments like cranes, compressors, welding machines, forklifts, boom trucks, man lifts, skid loaders, etc.

A: Cranes, compressors, welding m/c, skid loaders, man lift, forklift, generator set, boom truck, etc.

7. Q: What type of cranes available?
A: Mobile and crawler cranes. Mobile cranes by ERD Division ranging from 25ton to 200ton, Crawler cranes by HLTD Division 100-1,250ton.

8. Q: Are your cranes & their operators Aramco certified?
A: Yes, all the cranes are Aramco certified.

9. Q: Do you have riggers?
A: Yes, we have rigger 1, 2 & 3 and all are Aramco certified.

10. Q: For what duration do you rent your equipment?
A: We rent on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

A: Minimum rental duration is 10 hours.

A: SET HLTD 100ton to 400ton & 600ton to 5000ton from our joint venture  M/S ALE AL-SUWAIDI company LLC.

A: Yes, we have a joint venture with world’s most renowned heavy lifting & transportation company – ALE.

19. Q: Do you have the facility of detail engineering for the heavy lifts?
A: Yes we have rigger 1, 2 & 3 available and competent persons to design and execute the lift.

20. Q: Do you supply riggers with cranes?
A: Yes, depending upon the requirement of the customer, they are supplied at different rates.

21. Q: What is the normal time taken to attend in case of a breakdown?
A: Depending upon the location of the site it varies from a few minutes to few hours but in any case it will not exceed 10 hrs.

A: Yes, depending upon the nature of breakdown we provide replacement of equipment.

23. Q: Do you take complete transportation & erection job including heavy lifts?
A: Yes we do take complete erection, installation package along with transportation of normal, heavy & oversized cargo.

A: Mobile telescopic – 180t (available in-house) Crawler crane 1,250ton (available in-house).

25. Q: What are the facilities available with the heavy lift division?
A: We have a complete range of crawler cranes ranging from 100t to 1,250t along with gantry system with a capacity of 20 000t. Apart from this we do have skidding systems, jacking equipment, lowbed trailers, flatbed trailers, dolly, hydraulic platform trailers and truck prime movers of different capacity. We can take the complete heavy lift package along with transportation, erection and installation inclusive of complete rigging plan, detail engineering and execution of the lift.

A: Yes we provide with a mutual understanding.

A: Yes; We provide these services at the client’s place & are having special tool van’s to operate the jobs at site. However for overhauls & Major repairs we prefer to bring Crane to our workshop, were facilities and expert for Machining, Engine Overhaul, Fabrication, Painting etc. are available at one place.

30. Q: Do we have to send machines to workshop for repair?
A:Yes & No; Regular repairs & maintenance are carried out at work place of machine however for Major Overhauls and repairs we prefer to have machines in our workshop.
