Al Suwaidi Equipment and Transport Company Limited (SET) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Suwaidi Holding Company, since its inception in the year 2000 SET has grown in statue and presence throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is now recognised as one of the leading Equipment Service businesses operating in KSA. SET has two major divisions and is involved in an international Joint Venture with the UK based ALE giving SET a presence beyond the geographical borders of Saudi Arabia.

Equipment Rental Service (ERD) has in excess of 1,500 pieces of equipment dispersed across a network of twelve regional offices servicing the major project locations within the Kingdom. ERD provides a flexible services offering ranging from spot rentals through to tailor made and specific solutions with engineering support to any unique set of challenges faced by our customers including Rigging studies and lift plans.

Heavy Lift and Transportation Service (HLTD) is a one-stop shop solution for all heavy and / or critical lift and shift requirements. HLTD offers customers a single window to their needs from initial planning through to execution. HLTD is equipped with crawler cranes ranging from 100 tons through to cranes with lifting capacities of 1,650 tons combined with alternative lifting systems capable of lifting 2,000 tons. To support the lifting capability HLTD has heavy haulage equipment including hydraulic platform trailers, Self Propelled Modular Trailers (SPMT) and conventional Trailers and Prime Movers.
